Important Persons' refers to recurring and noteworthy persons that are central to the selected film corpus. Different research questions can lead to different criteria. This annotation type operates with a free description of important persons in the context of the film, i.e. both historical personalities and (fictional) movie characters. Possibly further descriptions, such as appearance or actions performed.

Wichtige Personen' meint wiederkehrende und bemerkenswerte Figuren, die zentral für den gewählten Filmkorpus sind. Unterschiedliche Forschungsfragen können dabei zu unterschiedlichen Auswahlkriterien führen. Der Annotationstyp zielt auf die freie Benennung von wichtigen Personen im Rahmen des Films, d.h. sowohl historischer Persönlichkeiten als auch (fiktive) Filmfiguren. Ggf. weiterführende Beschreibungen wie Aussehen oder ausgeführte Handlungen.
